Shipping and Ordering Information: Canada

Canadian orders are shipped via best available method (usually US Postal Service 1st Class Int'l). Simply order on line and select the Canadian shipping rate. We then calculate any difference in the minimum $23.40 base rate and the rate to your provencial address and charge your credit card the difference in price if applicable. We charge only the actual shipping cost to Canada above the $23.40 USD minimum rate.

To avoid paying priority mail shipping rates to Canada, please limit order weight to under 4 pounds. For toothpaste that is a maximum of nine tubes.
**If the order is 8 tubes that results in the best shipping rate per tube.**
The 2023 shipping cost for 1-5 tubes is $23.40 USD. The shipping cost for 6-8 tubes is $34.65, for 9 tubes it is $52.90 USD via 1st class international.
If you order 9 tubes, I will automatically reduce the order to 8 tubes to avoid the extra $18.25 shipping cost.

Allow 9-12 business days for delivery.Shipping rates are dependent upon the weight of the package.

Any returned orders that need to be reshipped will incur a duplicate shipping & handling charge equal to the cost to reship.

Credit Card Refunds, Chargebacks and Cancelled Orders:

For Chargebacks or Refunds on credit cards there will be an $8.00 fee assessed on the refund/chargeback of a credit card order or the cancellation of an order to cover the cost incurred from the credit card companies.
So please be careful not to order twice and to be sure about your order to avoid the $10.00 fee on refunds, chargebacks or cancelled orders.

• Return Policy: Refunds are valid for 30 days on all unopened xylitol products and will be issued upon receipt of unopened products.
