Please tell us what you would like to order so we can calculate the weight of the proposed order.

Delivery is by US Postal Service 1st Class International for parcels under 4 pounds (cheapest rate) or Flat Rate Box International for parcels over 4 pounds (more expensive than 1st class Int'l). In both cases parcels take 9-12 business days to arrive (varies depending on destination country).

We charge only the actual shipping cost to international addresses.

On International Orders all duties, taxes and applicable import fees must be paid by the recipient.

• Allow 3-7 business days for product receipt within the USA.
• Allow 8-12 business days for product receipt in Canada.
• Allow 9-12 business days for all international orders. Please Contact Us for the correct shipping rates and allow.
• On International Orders all duties, taxes and applicable import fees must be paid by the recipient.
• Return Policy: Refunds are valid for 30 days on all unopened xylitol products and will be issued upon receipt of unopened products.
