How to Avoid Tooth Sensitivity:

Avoid acidic soft drinks (with or without sugar). If you drink an acidic beverage such as soda or fruit juice, drink it quickly and rinse your mouth out with water immediately. Do not brush your teeth too vigorously. Brush your teeth no more than 3 times a day. Ask your hygienist to review tooth brushing technique with you. Ask your dentist to check for evidence of tooth grinding and, if you have any what to do about it. Squigle Junior’s mild abrasive removes stain and plaque leaving tooth enamel intact. Highly abrasive toothpastes contribute to gum recession and tooth wear at the gum line, leading to tooth sensitivity. Baking soda and tartar control toothpastes aggravate tooth sensitivity.
