For USA orders the shipping rate is $11.50 for the western states, $13.85 for midwestern states and $15.45 for eastern states, AK and HI.
Actual shipping rates on most packages are higher than these rates.
It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive unless it is around the holidays.
We DO ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs/FPOs and International,see International Shipping page.

At the latest your order will be processed the next business day. Just click on the Xylitol Products link and choose a product category to begin.

Credit Card Refunds, Chargebacks and Cancelled Orders:

For Chargebacks or Refunds on credit cards there will be an $10.00 fee assessed on the refund/chargeback of a credit card order or the cancellation of an order to cover the cost incurred from the credit card companies.
So please be careful not to order twice and to be sure about your order to avoid the $10.00 fee on refunds, chargebacks or cancelled orders.

• Allow 3-5 business days for product receipt within the USA.
• Allow 10-12 business days for product receipt in Canada.
• Allow 11-13 business days for all international orders. Please Contact Us for the correct shipping rates for APO and FPO addresses.
• On International Orders all duties, taxes and applicable import fees must be paid by the recipient.
• Return Policy: Refunds are valid for 30 days on all unopened xylitol products and will be issued upon receipt of unopened products.
